TINA MILLER

Owner/CEO

Tina has been in the financial and accounting business for 20+ years. She founded Bookkeeping Solutions to help clients understand their financial situation so they could focus on growing their business. Additionally, Tina has worked many tax seasons with a local CPA, processing tax returns and learning a new level of interpreting business financials.

When the opportunity came to merge her business with The Paper Plan-It, it was a perfect match. She loves working with her team and watching clients have those “light bulb” moments.

Tina graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. 


When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, four growing kids, one dog, and one cat!

MARLENE SUTHERLAND

QUICKBOOKS™ Specialist

Marlene founded The Paper Plan-It in 1997 before passing it over to the capable hands of Tina Miller in 2019. She feels privileged to be able to stay and help The Paper Plan-it expand into new and exciting areas of service. Her specialty is in providing QuickBooks solutions. Sometimes that is training in the use of QuickBooks. Other times it might be working to develop the filters and methods to create the perfect report for a business’s purposes.

She has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2011 and is currently working on certification for QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s Firm of the Future. She loves seeing the look of relief when working with client because she’s been able to take a burden off their shoulders, or if they have gained an understanding of how QuickBooks works and how it can work for them.


Marlene has a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel and spend time with her incredibly funny husband, Tom.

TANYA NELSON

Account Specialist

Tanya has over twenty years of experience in the bookkeeping field. She joined The Paper Plan-it in 2016. Her clients have ranged from a local monthly payroll, to a multi-million-dollar, six entity, out of state business owner. Every client has new challenges, and no two are the same. She enjoys the variation and opportunities this creates. She has been able to learn things outside the normal skillset of a bookkeeper, such as medical billing and property management software.

When she is not at work, she and her husband live a relatively quiet life near Motley, spending time with family and friends.

KAREN WYMAN

Account Specialist

Karen joined The Paper Plan-it in 2017. Her work ranges from payrolls to reconciliations to general bookkeeping, depending on what the individual client needs. She likes all aspects of the bookkeeping profession and enjoys the variety of clients and tasks she has at The Paper Plan-it. 


Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho and a Bookkeeping Certificate from Central Lakes College. 


When she's not working, Karen likes to spend time with family and friends, and enjoys cycling, reading and gardening.

SANDY NAP

Account Specialist

Sandy has been with The Paper Plan-it since June 2022. She has an Associates degree in Accounting from the American Institute of Business. Sandy has many years of accounting experience working with a variety of clients.

Sandy loves working with different types of business and helping them understand their financial information. And, although in the field for many years, she is still able to learn new things every day.

When she's not working, Sandy enjoys being outdoors kayaking, hiking, and camping. When the outdoors isn't calling, she spends time crafting, quilting, and cross-stitching.

LINDA HURD

Account Specialist

Linda has been with The Paper Plan-it since January 202. She specializes in home and community-based services state billing. Linda loves the environment at The Paper Plan-it and having fun with her co-workers. The variety of clients and the variety of the work makes every day interesting.

When she is not working, Linda loves spending time with family and being outdoors.

AMANDA KOERING

Account Specialist

Amanda has over ten years of experience in the bookkeeping field. She started with The Paper Plan-it in 2021. Her work ranges from payrolls to reconciliations to general bookkeeping, depending on what the individual client needs. She especially enjoys learning new features in the software to help her clients understand their business.

Amanda has a two-year degree from Central Lakes College in Administrative Assistant and an Office Assistant Diploma from Central Lakes College.

 
Amanda enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. She also enjoys the outdoors, including kayaking, fishing, hunting, hiking and traveling.

Tina Miller purchased the business in late 2019 to build on the incredible foundation of rock-solid client service, affordable pricing, and tailored solutions for our clients’ bookkeeping, payroll, and Quickbooks needs. We are passionate about numbers and creating innovative accounting solutions for our clients. We provide a sense of security for our clients – knowing the work will be done right the first time.
